We are partnered with a global tech business at the forefront of AI development. The company is growing fast, with a focus on both organic and inorganic (M&A) growth top of the agenda. As such we’re looking for a Corporate Strategy professional to support both organic strategic growth plans across a growing and diverse portfolio, as well as helping to establish M&A strategy, target evaluation and presenting prospective investments to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support strategic growth and value creation initiatives
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and M&A strategy
- Support multiple initiatives concurrently, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes
- Producing presentations on potential investments to an extremely high level
- Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors to support programmes
- Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s corporate growth strategy
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in corporate strategy within a leading consultancy firm (MBB or similar)
- Track record of supporting multiple growth focus projects with a particular emphasis on Tech/AI
- Demonstrable experience of producing presentations to very senior stakeholders on critical investment decisions
- Strong strategic, commercial, and analytical skills
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast moving team-oriented environment
