Eton Bridge Partners have been retained on a search to appoint a Head of Corporate Accounting for an expanding real estate business. This is a critical hire for the Group, and the role is a high impact leadership position. The organisation is a fast‑growing, private equity backed real estate business undergoing sustained expansion. With a complex group structure, ambitious growth plans, and high visibility across senior leadership and investors, they are building a finance function designed for scale, efficiency, and excellence.

This is a newly established leadership position with oversight of Group Reporting and Treasury. The successful candidate will take ownership of the annual audit process and consolidation, lead statutory reporting, enhance liquidity forecasting, and develop scalable financial controls within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The organisation is currently undergoing a period of transformation, and this individual will play a pivotal role in modernising and reshaping the finance function. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead statutory accounts production under IFRS/FRS 101 and manage end‑to‑end group consolidation.
  • Oversee the annual external audit across multiple entities, ensuring timely delivery for lenders and investors.
  • Manage treasury, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity optimisation, and covenant compliance.
  • Build and maintain a strong financial control framework, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor the Financial Reporting and Treasury teams, driving continuous improvement and scalable processes.
The Successful Candidate

You will have:

  • A recognised accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA) with strong IFRS/FRS 101 expertise.
  • Big 4 / Top 10 training and strong industry experience in the real estate sector.
  • Proven experience managing statutory reporting and multi‑entity audits.
  • Hands‑on leadership experience in a fast‑paced, multi-site environment.
  • Strong technical accounting skills including consolidations and experience in cashflow management.
  • A proactive, continuous improvement mindset with the ability to streamline processes and operate under tight deadlines.
