Eton Bridge Partners has been exclusively retained by a PE-backed, technology client to appoint their new Head of Treasury Operations – Europe.
Reporting to the Group Treasury Director, the role offers broad, hands-on ownership across treasury operations, cash visibility and liquidity management.
The position will also be key in supporting the business through separation activities, while driving improvements across cash controls, governance, treasury risk and banking structures.
This is a high-impact opportunity to shape and strengthen the treasury function as the business enters its next phase of growth.
- Candidate Profile
- Professional accounting and/or treasury qualification (ACT, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Demonstrable expertise in treasury operations, ideally within a fast-paced, lean or private equity-backed international business.
- Comprehensive hands-on experience with cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
- Confident managing banking relationships and control frameworks.
- Competent working with treasury management systems, ERP platforms and electronic banking tool.
- Bring a proactive, commercial mindset, identifying opportunities and solutions rather than waiting for direction.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence effectively across the business.
