Our client is a FTSE 100 business looking to hire a Senior Reward Manager to strengthen, develop and elevate their Reward strategy including executive compensation while they are in a growth phase.

Our client is particularly interested in meeting candidates who have come from a Finance background, whether that be Financial Planning, Accounting or tax, and are interested in making a move across to Reward.

The role will report to the Head of Reward and will act as a strong No 2, responsible for the implementation of Executive Compensation frameworks, delivery of key strategic projects and oversight of core reward governance frameworks, to align employee experience with the business strategy, support the delivery of a performance culture and attract and retain critical talent.

The role will be based in Birmingham (3 days/week).

We are specifically looking for candidates with strong international experience and excellent financial acumen.

A desire to move into Executive compensation experience is essential and exposure to broader reward would be beneficial.

The successful candidate must be able to commute or relocate to Birmingham.
