Successful SME and international professional services business are looking to hire an Interim Group Financial Controller asap for a 12 month period, reporting into the CFO. The expectation is that the full-time role could be delivered in a hybrid manner, with 4 days per week spent working in their central London head office.

Salary - £120k -130k (FTC)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the production of group accounts and consolidation process, along with group external audit process
  • Development of monthly group management accounts pack, including balance sheet and cashflow
  • Deliver regular debtors, cashflow forecasting and sales reporting
  • Support annual budget and reforecast process, business partnering closely with Regional MDs

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified Accountant
  • Group Controller experience at a senior level in a complex and fast paced business
  • Experience in running robust financial reporting and forecasting processes
  • Strong people leader with excellent systems skills; ie. Excel and other ERPs
