International privately owned group are looking to hire an experienced and hands-on Interim Financial Controller asap for a 3-6 month interim period, reporting into the Finance Leadership. The expectation is that the assignment will be delivered in a hybrid working pattern, with the majority of each week spent working from their Oxfordshire head office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform wholesale review of financial balance sheet, across all entities
- Develop a robust set of operational monthly finance processes
- Work with finance leadership to ensure effective internal controls are in place
- Lead on annual audit process and support finance systems improvement agenda

- Qualified Accountant
- Experience as a Financial Controller for a multi-entity and multi-currency business
