A privately owned, multi-site organisation is seeking an Interim Head of FP&A to provide immediate leadership and direction across its financial planning and analysis function. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on strengthening forecasting, enhancing reporting, and leading finance systems development during a period of transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide interim leadership of the FP&A function, bringing structure, pace, and clarity to planning and reporting processes.
- Lead the development and optimisation of finance systems, including influencing the implementation of a new ERP platform.
- Enhance forecasting capability, including ownership and delivery of periodic outlooks.
- Elevate the quality of reporting, ensuring strong commercial insight and clear narrative are embedded across all outputs.
- Develop a deep understanding of operational performance across multiple service lines within core strategic business units.
- Act as a key business partner to commercial teams, offering both challenge and support to drive informed decision-making.

Candidate Profile
- Proven experience operating at Head of FP&A (or equivalent) level, ideally in an interim capacity.

- Experience leading or significantly contributing to finance systems development and ERP implementations.
- Commercially astute, with the ability to translate financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights.
