We are looking for an experienced General Manager who will be responsible for building the business and ensuring the smooth operational running of the venue as well as the management and development of your team. Creating an outstanding guest experience will be at the heart of what you do every day, so it's important that you share our beliefs and standards for excellence.
The ideal General Manager will have:
- A track record of exceptional performance in a high-quality venue.
- A drive for service excellence
- The ability to work autonomously as well as effectively alongside our head office operations team
- A passionate and inspiring attitude
- A strong grasp of day to day and annual financial aspects of the business
- A passion for the training and development of your team
