ETM Group, one of London's most dynamic hospitality brands, is seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Executive to drive pre-booked sales and commercial performance at one of our premium venues. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering revenue growth while representing a brand known for its iconic venues, premium experiences and bold ambition.
As the Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maximising pre-booked sales through strategic planning, proactive business development and exceptional client relationship management. You will play a critical role in converting enquiries into bookings, delivering seamless events, and ensuring every guest experience reflects the high standards ETM Group is known for. Working closely with the Head of Sales and wider venue teams, you will help deliver the venue's overall sales and profit targets while championing our EPIC values of Excellence, Passion, Integrity and Challenge.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving the venue's pre-booked sales performance across a wide range of events including corporate bookings, private dining, birthdays, social celebrations and key seasonal events such as Christmas. You will create and execute a strategic sales plan to maximise bookings, proactively generate new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with corporate and consumer clients. This role is both strategic and hands-on - managing enquiries, converting opportunities into confirmed bookings, hosting client show rounds and ensuring the seamless delivery of events through collaboration with operational teams. You will also play an important role in managing the venue's sales systems and reporting, ensuring accurate pipeline management and maximising sales opportunities through effective use of CRM tools and reservation systems.
ABOUT YOU
- Hospitality sales experience: Proven experience in a hospitality, events or venue sales role is highly advantageous.
- Sales expertise: A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, particularly in pre-booked revenue and events.
- Client relationship management: Skilled at building long-term relationships with corporate and private clients.
- Commercial awareness: Able to identify opportunities to drive additional revenue through upselling and strategic event planning.
- Communication skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to present proposals and negotiate agreements.
- Customer experience focus: Passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring every guest experience exceeds expectations.
- Systems knowledge: Experience using CRM and reservations systems such as Collins and OpenTable is highly desirable.
- Proactive mindset: A motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys both reactive and proactive sales activity.
- Team collaboration: A positive and collaborative team player who works closely with venue and central teams to deliver commercial success.
