ETM Group, one of London\βs most dynamic hospitality brands, is seeking an exceptional Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion strategy. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a thriving group known for its premium venues, innovative concepts, and bold ambition .As the Senior Business Development Manager, you\βll play a critical role in identifying new opportunities, negotiating key deals, and guiding our long-term commercial vision. You will also manage and mentor a small team of BDMs to ensure execution of ETM Group\βs commercial strategy.

ABOUT YOU
Proven hospitality leadership: Proven Hospitality Leadership experience in a premium or luxury hospitality environment is highly advantageous.
Sales & business development expertise: A minimum of 3-5 years in a senior sales or business development role, ideally within the hospitality or leisure sector.
Industry background: Must have an experience within a high-end hospitality brands.
Extensive industry network: Possesses strong business relationships across the London hospitality scene.
Outstanding communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Executive collaboration: Confident in managing up and liaising effectively with senior stakeholders and ownership.
Proactive leadership: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn\βt afraid to roll up their sleeves. Strategic mindset: A motivated self starter with a can-do attitude.
Team management: Experience leading small teams, including a Business Development Manager and an Administrator/Planner.
Local market knowledge : Strong understanding of London\βs hospitality landscape and key growth areas.
