WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 1 year experience in a (ideally) 5* hotel or similar setting
- Strong level of English and comfortable with guest interaction
- Ability to handle complaints, to turn into compliments
- Ability to make recommendations and read guests' preferences
- Deliver service with discretion
