The Role
Passion for cooking and a love for ingredients are key for this role. With steady career progression, hopefully you will soon be working as a Head Chef! Our Junior Sous love what they do and create amazing food for the best possible guest experience!

About You
- 1 year's experience working in a similar role
- A passion and creativity that comes alive in the kitchen
- Good knowledge of stock control, budget, scheduling and team management
- Keeping calm under pressure is a key attribute in this role
- Last but by no means least, a love of sport definitely helps!
