WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Long-term experience leading a high-quality kitchen
- Experience with menu developments, specs creation, with focus on cost effective solutions through understanding of daily and periodical financial aspects of the business
- Knowledge of FS and HS regulations and of most common HR practices
- Ability to work autonomously and alongside our Head Office and Operations teams
