WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 2 years experience in a similar high-end venue
- Spotless communication skills
- Ability to handle complaints, to turn into compliments
- Practiced knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines and beers; their history and twists
- Aptitude for exploring guests' flavours of choice and showcasing mixing techniques
- Familiarity with stock management, ordering and cocktail creation.
