WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 6/12 months' Commis Chef/ Demi chef de Partie experience at quality level
- Good level of English
- Aptitude to following directions and willingness to learn
- Experience with food preparation and good knife skills
- Understanding of stock levels, getting ready for service
- Natural supportive work ethic for a smooth running of the kitchen
