WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 2 years experience in a Breakfast Manager position or as Head Waiter for breakfast service, ideally in a Hotel setting
- Experience with supervising and shift management, team training and development
- Great energy levels even on early starts, to set the pace for the daily running of the business
- Strong knowledge of service standards and passion for food and drinks at quality level
- Good understanding of daily and periodical financial aspects of the business
