  • WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Long-term experience behind the bar in a high-end venue
  • Knowledge of regulations related to alcohol service
  • Passion and knowledge of non-alcoholic and alcoholic cocktails, spirits, wines and beers
  • Awareness of market trends, ability to create and innovate existing drink lists alongside our Head of Beverage
  • Strong understanding of financial aspects of the bar operation towards cost effective strategies, including expertise of stock control and ordering
  • Experience with staff scheduling, training and development
