As Bar Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the venue. From leading service and managing stock to driving sales and maintaining standards, you will operate with autonomy while being supported by the wider ETM Group. This is a hands-on role where you will lead from the front, build your team, and create a consistent and enjoyable experience for every guest. The Ideal Candidate Will Present:
- Proven Experience: You have experience as a Bar Manager or in a senior bar role, ideally within a premium pub or drinks-led environment.
- Ownership Mindset: You are confident running a venue independently and take pride in treating it as your own.
- Leadership Skills: You are a strong, hands-on leader who can motivate a small team and lead by example.
- Product Knowledge: You have a good understanding of beers, wines, spirits, and basic cocktails.
- Guest Focus: You enjoy building relationships with regulars and creating a welcoming, community-driven atmosphere.
- Commercial Awareness: You understand stock control, cost management, and how to drive sales in a simple operation.
