Role Overview:
At ETM Group, being an Assistant Restaurant Manager is a key leadership role and an important step in your progression within premium hospitality. Across our ETM Collection venues - from rooftop restaurants to refined dining spaces - our Assistant Restaurant Managers play a vital role in the daily success of the restaurant. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and senior leadership team, you help lead service, maintain operational standards, and create memorable guest experiences through strong floor presence and hands-on leadership.
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership of key areas of the operation, support team development, and help deliver strong commercial and service performance.
