WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Long-term experience behind the bar (but not limited to) in a high end venue in a similar role or as head bartender in a high volume venue
- Knowledge of regulations related to alcohol service
- Passion and knowledge of non-alcoholic and alcoholic cocktails, spirits, wines and beers; of their history and twists
- Awareness of market trends, ability to contribute to new and existing drink lists alongside bar manager
- Passionate about staff training and development, eagerness to maintain the highest standards
- Experience with stock control and ordering
