The role
A Bar Manager is at the forefront of the day to day bar operations, leading from the front, and driving sales. A great Bar Manager should know that the key to creating a fabulous atmosphere for the guests at the bar, starts with creating the right atmosphere behind the bar. Your ideas will help us to drive our thriving business forward, and your ability to lead our teams will help us ensure every guest has the best possible experience!

About you
- 2 Years\’ experience in a similar role minimum
- Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages and regulations
- Amazing staff management, motivation and training
- Good knowledge of stock management and rota writing
- Last but by no means least, a love of sport definitely helps!
