WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Long-term experience behind the bar in a high-end venue
- Knowledge of regulations related to alcohol service
- Passion and knowledge of non-alcoholic and alcoholic cocktails, spirits, wines and beers
- Awareness of market trends, ability to create and innovate existing drink lists alongside our Head of Beverage
- Strong understanding of financial aspects of the bar operation towards cost effective strategies, including expertise of stock control and ordering
- Experience with staff scheduling, training and development
