As an Assistant General Manager you will work closely with your General Manager to grow the business. Your ideas will help drive our businesses forward, and your ability to lead our teams will help us ensure every guest has the best possible experience! WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Willingness for progression to the next step within F&B operation
  • Senior management experience in a high-end venue
  • Experience with forefront leadership of medium to big sized teams; with their training and development
  • Supportive approach for all things operations for a smooth running of the business
  • Good understanding of daily and periodical financial aspects of the business
  • Ability to work autonomously and alongside our head office
