Role Overview:
At ETM Group, being an Assistant General Manager is both a leadership role and a key step in your progression within premium hospitality. Across our two distinct business areas - ETM Collection and ETM Sport London - our Assistant General Managers lead from the front alongside their General Managers. Whether supporting refined rooftop dining within the Collection or delivering high-energy, high-volume service in our iconic Sport London venues, you play a crucial role in driving culture, performance, and atmosphere in your space.

As Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with your General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, take ownership of key areas of the business, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service and commercial performance. You'll lead from the floor, support team development, and contribute to the success of your venue with energy, accountability, and attention to detail.
