Role Overview: At ETM Group, being a Reception Manager is a key guest-facing leadership role within our premium hospitality environments. You're not just managing bookings - you're shaping the guest journey from the very first interaction, ensuring a seamless, polished, and memorable arrival experience that reflects our EPIC values. Across our ETM Collection venues - from rooftop restaurants to refined dining spaces - our Reception Managers play a vital role in delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience. You will oversee reservations, manage guest flow, and ensure every interaction is handled with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.

Working closely with your General Manager and wider management team, you will take ownership of the reception operation, including team leadership, booking management, and guest relations. This is a hands-on role where you will lead from the front, support your team, and ensure the reception area operates with efficiency and precision at all times.
