Are you commercially driven, highly organised, and ready to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced hospitality environment? ETM Group is looking for a Temporary Sales Executive to join our team on a 2-month contract, supporting our sales function during a key trading period. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on driving revenue, building relationships, and turning opportunities into results.
Working closely with the sales and operational teams, you'll play a key role in supporting bookings, maximising sales opportunities, and helping drive business across exciting upcoming events, including World Cup activity.
- Reactive Sales Activity
- Managing and responding to 3P enquiries
- Monitoring and actioning venue information inboxes
- Conducting diary checks across OpenTable and Collins to ensure booking accuracy and optimisation
- Planning & Revenue Growth
- Managing and upselling smaller bookings with a strong focus on World Cup opportunities
- Identifying opportunities to maximise revenue and guest spend
- Business Development
- Following up with guests post-events to generate repeat business
- Re-engaging previous guests from international sporting events and converting interest into future bookings
- Building relationships and driving sales through proactive outreach
About You:
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach
- Confident speaking with guests and building relationships
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with hospitality bookings, reservations, events or sales is advantageous
- Familiarity with OpenTable, Collins, or similar booking systems preferred
- Driven by targets and motivated by results
