WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 1 year + experience with (ideally) breakfast buffet or a-la-carte service
- Good level of English and comfortable with guest interaction
- Great energy levels even on early starts
- Understanding of steps of service
- Ability to handle complaints, to turn into compliments.
