WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 6/12 months' Commis Chef/ Demi Chef de Partie experience at quality level
  • Good level of English
  • Aptitude to follow directions and willingness to learn
  • Experience with food preparation and good knife skills
  • Understanding of stock levels, getting ready for service
  • Natural supportive work ethic for a smooth running of the kitchen
