Being a Reception Manager is a key guest-facing leadership role within our premium hospitality environments. Across our ETM Collection venues - from rooftop restaurants to refined dining spaces - our Reception Managers play a vital role in delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience. Working closely with your General Manager and wider management team, you will take ownership of the reception operation, including team leadership, booking management, and guest relations. This is a hands-on role where you will lead from the front, support your team, and ensure the reception area operates with efficiency and precision at all times.
