Across our two distinct business areas - ETM Collection and ETM Sport London - our Assistant General Managers lead from the front alongside their General Managers. Whether supporting refined rooftop dining within the Collection or delivering high-energy, high-volume service in our iconic Sport London venues, you play a crucial role in driving culture, performance, and atmosphere in your space.
As Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with your General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, take ownership of key areas of the business, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service and commercial performance. You'll lead from the floor, support team development, and contribute to the success of your venue with energy, accountability, and attention to detail.

Proven Experience: You have strong experience in a senior supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, ideally within high-end, premium environments.
Financial Acumen: You have a good understanding of restaurant financials and can support in managing budgets and performance.
Commercial Awareness: You understand key business drivers, supporting revenue growth, cost control, and overall venue performance.
