An exciting opportunity to have a dual role of Bar Management mixed in with one on one time with our Head Brewer in our in-house brewery. About you:
- 1 year's experience in a similar role minimum
- Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages and regulations
- An interest in expanding your knowledge on beer production and how to clean and maintain the casks and tanks
- Amazing staff management, motivation and training
- Good knowledge of stock management and rota writing
- Last but by no means least, a love of sport definitely helps!
