Serving six daily-changing beers, fresh from tank to glass, the pub is committed to supporting sustainability by eliminating all packaging – completely cutting out the keg, cask and bottling process. About you:
- 1 year's experience in a similar role minimum
- Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages and regulations
- An interest in expanding your knowledge on beer production and how to clean and maintain the casks and tanks
- Amazing staff management, motivation and training
- Good knowledge of stock management and rota writing
- Last but by no means least, a love of sport definitely helps!
