ETL Systems seeks an Engineering Director to lead our multi-disciplinary engineering teams across Systems, Hardware, Digital and Software. You will translate technical needs into people, structure and processes, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of multiple products from weeks to 18+ months, including responding to RFIs/RFPs and engaging with board-level stakeholders.
The role reports to the CTO, is based in Rickmansworth with travel to Hereford, and requires extensive senior engineering experience.
