Responsibilities:
- Drive product development, ensuring projects align with business objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate across RF, Digital, Electronics, Mechanical, PCB and Software teams.
- Lead system integration and validation activities for complex products.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering technical growth and best practices.
