Role Overview
As a Customer Relations Executive, your primary role is to be the friendly first point of contact for customers.
You'll help with questions about quotes, order progress, or anything else they need.
You'll also work closely with Sales Managers to create quotes, proposals, and orders accurately and on time.
Your role will involve preparing customer quotes and making sure they reflect the high-quality brand we represent.
You'll also collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and production teams.
- Key Accountabilities
- Create sales quotations promptly.
- Process sales orders on time.
- General administration, such as answering incoming telephone calls to the company and updating records within our CRM system and Share Point.
- Create new model numbers with product descriptions and product datasheets.
- Maintain sales resources such as pricelists and product datasheets.
- Liaise and negotiate with our supply base to achieve the best solution for our customers and suppliers.
- Our ideal candidate
This job is excellent for someone who wants an office-based role with flexibility.
- You should know how to use Microsoft Office and Excel to an entry level with a desire to advance ( basic navigation, data entry, formatting, simple formulas, cell referencing, sorting/filtering, creating basic charts, and saving/printing workbooks)
- You need to be organised and able to prioritise your work.
Our sales admin team works closely to ensure customer requests are dealt with quickly, and you will be a big part of this flexible team.
Desirables
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems is preferred but not required, as full training will be provided.
