As a Production Technologist at ETL Systems, you will contribute to the manufacture of high-performance RF products. You will work across all areas of production, including Assembly, Surface Mount Technology (SMT), and low-level testing. The role involves building a wide range of compact and complex RF assemblies, following detailed work instructions and engineering drawings. This is a hands‑on position requiring precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.

Working pattern: Monday to Friday

Overtime: During peak times, overtime is available for those seeking extra hours. Overtime pay is compensated at one and a half times the regular rate.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assemble RF Components: Build a wide range of RF products, including compact and complex assemblies, following detailed work instructions and engineering drawings.
  • Perform Functional Testing: Carry out precise testing of RF components using specialised equipment, ensuring performance meets required specifications.
  • Ensure Quality Standards: Inspect and verify components throughout the assembly and test process, identifying and addressing any defects or non‑conformities.
  • Support Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to process improvements by suggesting enhancements and participating in problem‑solving activities.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Complete all required production and test documentation accurately and promptly to support traceability and quality control.

Location: This role requires you to work on‑site at our modern manufacturing facility in Hereford - Before applying, please make sure you can commute to Coldwell Radio Station, Madley, Herefordshire, HR2 9NE.
