- Abbiano conseguito il diploma di Tecnico dei Servizi Socio-Sanitari a conclusione di un corso di studio di istruzione superiore della durata di 5 anni che si conclude con il rilascio di un diploma di maturità
- Siano in possesso del titolo di infermiera volontaria (D.Lgs n. 66 del 2010, art. 1729 e ss.)
- Siano in possesso della qualifica di Ausiliario Socio Assistenziale (ASA), Operatore Socio Assistenziale (OSA), ADEST o titoli equivalenti a quelli rilasciati in Regione Piemonte
