What You’ll Do
- Promote Independence: Assist residents with daily routines like dressing, bathing, and staying active while supporting their independence.
- Deliver Personalised Care: Follow tailored care plans and provide thoughtful, hands-on support for every resident’s unique needs.
- Prioritise Wellbeing: Monitor residents’ health, communicate any concerns to the team, and liaise with family or healthcare professionals.
- Encourage Social Interaction: Create a warm, welcoming environment by encouraging social activities among residents and staff.
- Maintain Comfort: Work with the team to ensure clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces for our residents.

About You
