Located in the beautiful village of Benderloch by Oban, we offer small group living accommodation for up to 62 residents.

Care Assistant Contract: £14.10 per hour, £500 Welcome Bonus (paid after passing a 6-month probation period), contracted to up to 44 hours per week, paid PVG pension, uniform provided, 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract).

Role Overview

The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role. As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents' lives every day. This role is central to delivering high quality, person-centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.

You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
