Etio seeks an Attendance Mentor to support secondary pupils across one of ten priority areas within a national AMP contract with the DfE. You will mentor, engage families and collaborate with schools and local services to improve attendance and reintegration.
Working in a hybrid model around Walsall, you will manage caseloads, deliver tailored support, and progress pupils toward sustained attendance with safeguarding at the core.
