Etica Clinic, renowned for exceptional customer service, innovative laser and aesthetic treatments, and advanced skin solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented Senior Laser/Aesthetic Therapist. This position is available at our Eastcote (HA4) and Northwood (HA6) branches.
We are looking for a Senior Beauty Therapist who demonstrates a high standard of professionalism, meticulous attention to detail, and a friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality. The ideal candidate will enjoy building strong client relationships and possess the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dedicated team. This role requires a genuine passion for the aesthetics industry and strong commercial awareness. You will be confident in up-selling and cross-selling treatments and products, consistently working towards and exceeding daily and monthly targets.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years industry experience, specifically as a Senior Therapist.
- Required 5 years of experience in laser hair removal.
- NVQ Level 4 Beauty Therapy (required).
- Level 4 Laser qualification preferred.
- Experience in Cryopen and Advanced electrolysis.
- Strong sales experience (essential).
- Ability to work toward and exceed targets (essential).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to build great client relationships.
- Smart and professional in appearance.
- Willingness to travel.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
