What you will do

Reporting to the Project Director the role shall manage the company's products line expansion through new product introduction (NPI) and launch management.

Ensure the co-ordination of the overall pharmaceutical activities of product launches from project evaluation through to product launch.

This includes products from all sources including, but not limited to, new product development (NPD), business development in-licensing and product distribution agreements.

  • Your key responsibilities include
  • Process

• Co-ordinate & Lead multidisciplinary project teams

  • Define the objectives of the project and agree key milestones and document in an agreed project charter.
  • Organize the necessary meetings for project kick-of and project follow-up.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with stakeholders, as well as other staff members.
  • Agree delegation of project tasks based on project team members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.

  • Ensure that the practices of project management are implemented.
  • Ensure departmental adherence to all relevant SOP's.
  • Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of KPIs.

  • Provide rapid and effective project reporting to key stakeholders and project team members management.

• External interface

  • Represent the company in front of clients/distributors.
  • To provide projects and environment intelligence (competitive intelligence, industry and market environment news and trends, therapeutic areas…).
  • Finance
  • Support the Project Director on the pipeline entry of new projects, working with key departments on the project evaluation before entering the pipeline.
  • Responsible for the budget of the assigned projects, monitoring the baseline, revised & actuals.

About you

You'll be an organised and approachable Project Manager who is comfortable managing several projects at once.

You'll work well with people across the business, keep projects on track and deal with any issues as they arise.

You'll also be able to quickly get up to speed and provide continuity throughout the maternity cover period.

  • Basic skills and qualifications
  • Educated to a degree level with Life Sciences
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Knowledge of project mode organisation or willing to work in a transversal mode organisation
