Job Title: PCV Technician 4 on / 4 off Shift

Location: Didcot Depot
Vacancy: 1 Technician Role Available
Pay: £25.00 per hour (MondayFriday), £28.75 per hour (Weekends)
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off rotation, 5:00am 5:00pm
Average Weekly Hours: 42 hours

Were currently recruiting for askilled and experienced Technicianto join the engineering team at ourDidcot Depot, working a4 on / 4 offshift rotation. This role offers a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to work within a well-respected company operating a high-standard PCV fleet.

Whats on offer:

• £25.00 per hour for weekday shifts

• £28.75 per hour for weekend shifts

• 4 on / 4 off shift rotation, 5:00am to 5:00pm

• Average 42-hour work week

Your Responsibilities:

• Carry out maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a modern fleet of PCV vehicles

• Perform diagnostics and identify mechanical and electrical faults

• Prepare vehicles for MOT and ensure all inspections are up to standard

• Maintain accurate records of work completed

• Adhere to all health & safety and compliance procedures

What Were Looking For:

• Level 3 NVQ / IMI / City & Guilds qualification in HGV or Bus & Coach Engineering

• Hands-on experience in a PSV or HGV workshop environment

• Confident with both mechanical and electrical diagnostics

• A team player with the ability to also work independently

• A PCV licence is desirable but not essential
