EthosEnergy A&C, now part of Wencor Group, is currently recruiting for a part-time HR Generalist to join the team in Aberdeen, UK.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day HR enquiries from employees and managers within the BU.
  • Support the payroll and HR administration for the facility.
  • Manage the talent acquisition process and collaborate with departmental managers to understand the skills and competencies required for job openings.
  • Administer the onboarding and new hire process.
  • Recommend and research learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
  • Support employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Maintain compliance and provide specialist advice regarding local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Contribute to EH HR projects to add value to the HR team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience

  • Significant experience of Generalist HR work within the UK.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • HR certification desirable.

Physical Requirements

  • Office‑based.
