EthosEnergy A&C, now part of Wencor Group are currently recruiting for a Part-Time HR Generalist to join the team in Aberdeen, UK.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day HR enquiries from employees and managers within the BU.
- Support the payroll and HR administration for the facility.
- Manage the talent acquisition process and collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for job openings.
- Administer the onboarding and new hire process.
- Recommend and research learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Support employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintain compliance and provide specialist advice with local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Contribute to EH HR projects to add value to the HR team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills / Knowledge:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organisation's HRIS and talent management systems.
Experience:
- Significant experience of Generalist HR work within the UK.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Office Based.
