We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find senior mechanical engineers who can help train their latest language model on engineering tasks. We're looking for Senior and Principal-level engineers to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core mechanical engineering workflows — design analysis, FEA/CFD, materials selection, tolerance analysis, manufacturing processes, and technical documentation.

Compensation: $110/hour

Commitment: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (up to $2,200/week)

Location: Fully remote — work on your own schedule

Start date: End of February / Start of March

Qualifications:

  • Senior or Principal Mechanical Engineer with significant industry experience
  • Deep expertise in design, analysis, and manufacturing processes
