Ethos, a multidisciplinary consultancy, seeks a Senior Project Engineer – Mechanical to lead retrofit MEP upgrades in live data centre environments across EMEA. You will design and deliver cooling, power, and fire/safety improvements while coordinating with hyperscale clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure zero operational disruption.

With 8+ years in building services and data centres, you will manage scope, budgets and schedules, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to technical expertise.
