Ethos is seeking an experienced FP&A manager to help train our AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets and slide decks. You will build rolling forecasts, variance bridges and driver-based operating models, producing board-ready P&L decks and monthly flux memos for leadership review.
The role emphasizes accuracy, clarity and impact across finance workflows. This is a flexible, fully remote engagement with 5–20 hours per week (more if desired).
