Ethos is seeking experienced design directors to help train its latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks across core workflows.

You will create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations for client and executive audiences, drawing on a strong portfolio of agency or in‑house work.

This is a fully remote, part‑time role (5–20 hours per week) with an ASAP start; compensation is $80 per hour.
