We’re working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced chiefs of staff to the founder who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

We’re looking for chiefs of staff to the founder with 4+ years supporting C-suite executives at significant companies to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: board meeting decks, executive offsite materials, all-hands presentations, strategic planning documents, QBR packages, and CEO communication drafting.

Compensation: $80/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years as a chief of staff to the founder supporting C-level executives
  • Track record of owning board decks and executive communications end to end
  • Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
