We are working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced FP&A professionals who can help train their latest language model on financial planning, variance analysis, and board-level reporting tasks.
We are looking for senior FP&A managers and directors with significant experience at large corporates who understand the full planning and reporting cycle. You know how to conduct a variance analysis that goes beyond the numbers to explain what actually happened and why it matters, how to frame financial risks in a way that drives board-level decisions, and how to present complex financial data clearly to non-financial audiences.
You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core FP&A workflows: variance analysis against actuals and budget, risk identification and commentary for board presentations, financial forecasting, business partnering memos, and management reporting packages.
Compensation: $150/hour
Commitment: Flexible, 5 to 20 hours per week (up to $3k/week)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
Qualifications:
- Senior FP&A Manager, Director, or equivalent at a large corporate with diverse business unit exposure
- Significant experience producing variance analysis, board reporting, and financial risk commentary
- Strong written communication and ability to evaluate financial analysis for accuracy and commercial relevance
